Bill O'Reilly in his war against Christmas article says that the customs and beliefs of our country are under attack from the left. This belief has been put out into discourse by conservatives many times. Our society keeps progressing all the time, new technologies bring
us close together, our cultures interact more and more, there are more and more interacial marriages. Eventually we will become one race, and that will reduce the religious differences in all aspects, that will be progress. No society that doesn't change with the times will be successful, 500 years ago the pope was having people excuted for claiming that the earth wasn't the center of the universe, eventually everyone came to believe the truth that the sun is the center of our solar system. As the world and society changes, religions have to adapt and change with them, otherwise they become irrelevent.
